17th day : Muslim 'Eid Mubarak' Party and Girls Sleepover

I spent most of my morning by doing nothing and sleep, and chit chat with my counterpart, hanging out in her room, in my room, in the kitchen and blah blah blah.

That day we had a plan, to attend a Muslim party in order to celebrate Eid Mubarak, held by the Muslim Association of Dalhousie University. Yen went directly to Tika and Daphne’s house because she did not attend the Muslim Party. 

I walked to Dhila’s house, our meeting point, I promised to gather there with Dima and Dhila. We hang out couple of minutes before we go. We went to the Multifaith Centre at Dalhousie University together, walking and laughing at weird things that we found on the way there. Just like some young talkative girl that giggled every step of the way. 

We met Tika and Ichal there, and we had a good time in the party, we had Henna time, Eating, Chatting. We talked with the students there, some of them were not Muslim, but they associated together, in harmony. 

Then we went to Tika’s house, we almost miss the bus because the bus changed it’s number so fast. It was a ‘rempong’ experience because we have to take the bus when we use henna at the same time.

In Tika and Daphne’s house, we had another party, we did karaoke, we danced, we played games, we cooked Martabak Mie, we ate a lot of snack. 

When the boys left, because it is a girl sleepover, not a mixed sleepover, we had a girl circle check deep talk session. We slept very late and the next day we went back to our own house.
